Coop Selling Ques

We are thinking about selling our coop. . .

Besides Craigs List, where else would you list it? For the ladies that are house/apt hunting, which websites are you using?

Thanks in advance for any info.

(The coop is in Flushing Queens, don't know if that makes a difference.)

or you can always give it to a real estate so they can put it on mls-

Newsday is where I found the co-op I live in now.
(it's in Suffolk tho). Good luck selling!
P.S. If you are using a realtor, they do the advertising for you!

no, I wish. . . .its a 1 bedroom. we want to start a family soon, so we are looking for something bigger. staying here with a baby would be a little tight for us. hopefully we'll find something.

Re: Coop Selling Ques

you can try listing it on forsalebyowner.com but as a real estate agent I highly recommend listing it with an agent- its a terrible market right now & I know with my company, we have 3000 agents, so thats 3000 people trying to bring buyers, plus we pay for all the advertising

it also may interest you to know that 90% of homes listed by owner are later sold (& listed) by a real estate agent

If I can help you with any questions or anything, please let me know.
