Mini story, hope you don't mind...

I'm the youngest of four and was a fairly shy kid. As a result, I spent a lot of time alone with my Mom on weekends and have very fond childhood memories.

My mother liked to have the stereo on when she was cleaning, cooking, etc. and I got exposed (and liked) a lot of music I normally wouldn't have otherwise. Most of them bands that are considered highly cheesy.

Barry Manilow, Donna Summer, The Pointer Sisters, Anne Murray, even Air Supply!

I didn't ask my DJ to do it but he played 'Copacabana' and I searched for my mother in the room. When I found her, she was looking at me and smiling too, and came over to dance with me.

Fond memories that repeat themselves.
