Ok, so I am kind of new here and am having a hard time on how to search reviews. Anyone have a wedding review of the Coral House?
Its hard because I am a Long Island girl living in Fort Lauderdale, FL and getting married on Long Island. I'm coming home for Christmas and plan on booking everything then!!

Do a search on the Bride's Review board and you should get a good amount of reviews.
I've been to a wedding at the Coral House before. I thought it was very pretty and the service was great. The food was alright, I wasn't crazy about what I ordered, but it probably was just what I picked. I didn't hear any complaints otherwise
It will look nice around Christmas, they decorate the lobby very festive. Good luck searching!

Welcome to LIW!! I planned a wedding from OOT also, so I am proof it can be done! Actually there are a bunch of us out there so feel free to FM with any questions. I know the search function can sometimes be a challenge, so here are a few reviews I found (all positive!):

We are also planning from OOT (with the help of my parents on LI).
I've never been to CH but I've heard it's very pretty, but the food is only OK. This isn't my personal opinion, although I had a few friends work there as servers back in HS.
Good luck with the planning. Maybe you can schedule some tastings over winter break!

My friend got married there a few years ago on Dec. 1. THe hall was all decorated for christmas and it was gorgeous! From what I remember the food was great and she had no complaints about anything. Good luck!
