The price was reasonable and the food was OK. For FH and I it just didn't feel right so we didn't book with them. But it is a beautiful place.

I got married there and give them nothing but rave reviews. Coral House doesnt get alot of love on this board but seriously they went above and beyond. Plus my guests are STILL talking about the food.

ITA-we have been to many weddings with guests who also happened to attend our wedding and they always point out that the food and food choices were so much more compared to many halls (we explained to our BM what type of food taste we wanted (highly seasoned) and they delivered on the wedding day). Also we had our cocktail hour on the Rooftop which is usually for the larger weddings. Another thing was our wedding reception went over by almost 2hrs--they didnt charge extra. I am a happy bride almost 5 years later

Its a beautiful place.. My Fh's cousin had her engagement party there and to be honest they had 2 other weddings going on, on top of her engagement party.. I just did not like that at all.. The food was alright the service was great but thats about it. JMHO

I went and did a food tasting with a friend of mine a few weeks ago...the food was amazing, and the place was beautiful.

I went to a wedding there in August and FH and I left hungry. We are big foodies and everyone has their own opinion on food so it's hard to judge but we personally didn't like the food. For dinner, the pasta was just ok but my steak (I think prime rib) really wasn't good at all. It was cooked fine but I couldn't even get my knife through it. It just wasn't good. I'd like to think that we went on an 'off' night and it's not always terrible because it looks like others who have been there have had good experiences. The service was great though! I can't complain there at all!!!

My wedding is at the Coral House this September. After seeing 14 catering halls I chose the Coral House because they offered a lot more. The lake is beautiful, the staff is very nice and the food was delicious. I wish your friend luck in her planning.

The room we looked at was very nice and the banquet manager we met was nice as well. Did not taste the food. We ended up not booking with them. We did not get 'the feeling'. But the $ was very reasonable considering we are getting married on a Saturday and having an evening reception (most expensive)

Coral House is really nice. I've been to events there and the food is very good. I also think the BM we spoke to was very very nice and helpful, her name was Linda. The prices are reasonable and the rooftop cocktail is very nice. Ultimately we did not book there because it did not duit all our needs. Def worth it to look into.

i went to my FH's brother's wedding there. it was a beautiful room over-looking the water. the food was delicious. the only complain people had was that the cake slices were RIDICULOUSLY small... like a fork's full. BUT that probably has more to do with what his brother was willing to pay for, etc. but overall, it was nice!

im getting married there in Oct. and so far i dont have any complaints. its beautiful, and very reasonable for those on a budget. The cake & centerpieces are included in our package (although they arent the most fanciest - but you can upgade). They offer a lot of food, we keep telling our friends not to eat anyhing before our wedding cause they'll be stuffed by time it ends.

From what i was able to eat, it was delicious. my FH said everything else i couldnt eat was awesome as well!

Definitely doesnt hurt to check it out, FM if u have any other questions

To be honest, I went to a wedding there almost 2 years ago. The place itself is very nice, the room where the wedding was was beautiful, however fh and I thought the food was horrible! We went to a good friend of the family's daughters wedding with FH's family and we all had the same thing, the chix cordon bleu and we all agreed it was bad. They had a pasta dish before the entree came out and it was good but i turned my head for a second and my plate was gone! Other than the food, the place is nice
