Re: Coral House
Just got married there last month and I was oh so happy with them. I was treated so well and they went above and beyond for me.
My wedding was absolutely fabulous!!!!!
If you have specific questions please let me know.

Re: Coral House
Yes I have alot of questions!
But anyway I spoke with Linda she was a little rough on the telephone. I started asking for quotes at 75-100 and then inquired on 150 guests when she said the American Ballroom is the only room that comes with the Rooftop Terrace.
Price per person seems good.
Did you hire a dj or band? Was set up good?
Was your wedding ceremony lakeside or elsewhere?
I''ve been to a few weddings there and private birthday celebration. It was ok. The amount of traffice between the diferent groups drove me nuts. And I HATE that parking lot across the street. My fiance likes the place. I''m holding my breath. Help...I need inside info.

Re: Coral House
Linda was my BM as well. She was tough and honest, she did not hold anything back.
I had my ceremony out by the lake- it was beautiful!!! If you look in my profile you can get a glimpse.
I had the Nantucket Deck room- which is one of the smaller rooms- so romantic. Set up was great. I had an awesome DJ who was a big hit.
As far as traffic was concerned it was NOT a problem. I got married on a Sat in Sept- PEAK time and again no problems.
Coral House is very organized and on top of things.
This place may not be for everyone, but I had a great wedding there!! My guests were happy and content. I have no complaints about Coral House.

Re: Coral House
Thank you Marcella!
Linda can seem that way, but she''s really very nice and good at what she does.
I had my reception in the American Room.
Kiesha & I were very happy with CH.
I was to have my cocktail hour on the rooftop, however, it was a bit chilly that day so I chose to have it downstairs.
I had a DJ and he was set up in the front of the room, where you are announced to go in.
It was great because no one was to close to him and was annoyed by loud music.
I was married in church. Nrvbrd had her ceremony by the lake & from what I saw=WOW! Beautiful!!
None of my guests minded the parking situation.
FM me if you want to see pics of the room set up. I can send them to you tonight when I am home.

Re: Coral House
I''m sorry I did not realize your tag name. OK I''m convinced. I''ll give Linda a try as well. She suggested the Nantucket room as well. The only drawback is my original wedding day 8/21 is unavail the next day Sun is ok. If we wait until 9/18 I can get that Saturday but i''m worried about the change of weather to be outdoors. We''ll see.

Re: Coral House
I went to a wedding there and it was nice but I was not too impressed with the food. Overall they gave my friend a nice wedding but she had a small wedding only about 90-100 people so the room was small.
