Coral House For Rehearsal Dinner

I still haven't booked our RD. FH and I ate at a restaurant yesterday that we thought we were going to book but didn't have a good experience. So now we still don't have a place. I called Coral House and they gave me a good price with LOTS of food. I've never been there so I don't know what the food or atmospher is like. Any opinions??

Coral House was the first RH we went to because its right near our house. We had a food tasting and loved that it was close to us, but I didnt like the room the BM wanted to put us in (Lakeside - it looks like a library). The good parts about CH is they have a lot of parking spaces and you cant really get lost inside - the downside is that unless you get the big room (which you see as soon as you walk in), the other rooms look a little drab.

Other than that, it is perfect for weddings and RD since you have the lake right next to it, and the food/service seem to be excellent.

Thanks for the info. I'm not getting married there, I am just looking for a place for my RD. I am getting married at St. Christopher's Church and Coral House is right down the road so I figured it would be perfect for the RD.

I think Coral House would be great for an RD! Since the RD usually consist of the bridal party and some close family, you wouldn't really need a large room. They have a couple of rooms that you can check out on the website. The lakeside room is actually where I sat for my tasting and is not the room that I have for my wedding but it has a great view of the lake and is a nice size for events like, RD's and showers. My cousin's wedding was at Coral House a few years back and the food was AMAZING. FH and I are both vegetarians and I remember my cousin informed them that there was going to be two veggies there and they really had some great stuff for us. I also remember the rest of my family raving about the food too.

I had no idea they did RD's....I will be keeping this in mind, for sure!
