Coral House prices and rooms

Their prices semm strange...it went up $10 pp from the last weekend in March to the 1st in April, that seems like a lot ....also does anyone know the minimum needed for the Americana room? The nantucket deck seems a little small for the price?
I forgot the price quotes but it was like $58 for a friday in March and $68 for a Saturday and then $72 and $78 for Fri-Sat in April?

I think the coral house is more for smaller weddings or a really huge one. There really is no middle ground....thats what I thought too.
For me the deck is ok because I am having approx 100+ guests.
Plus I love the lake in the back and the circular driveway is great for pics and oh my gosh the huge glass windows offer a great kissing pic :)

But in your case 150 guests you may want to consider the Americana room but I think its 175 gurantee but sometimes they do less ......call linda.
