Dose anyone know how much taxes are out there?? I was lookingonline at some houses but I didn't want to go look at the area if the taxes are to high.

Ok I live out this way and I want to be honest with you....FHwill not let us buy a house in Coram even if I beg. Now that is not to say that some parts of Coram aren't nice but many parts aren't that $5,000 and $6, 0000. Not that bad compared to some areas.
Other areas to look in this way with low taxes would be Port Jeff Station, Patchogue, and maybe Selden. Just a thought!
