'corporate rate'? HOTELS--I NEED HELP!

We were pricing Best Western in Riverhead online, and teh corporate fee is much lower....has anyone ever booked this? Do they check your cc when you get there to see if its indeed a business CC? THey just told my mom that you can get the corporate fee if you use a business CC....but it allows you to book online...do they check it at check in?!

When I used to go out of town on business, they would sometimes ask for my ID card. If you are on business, they almost always expect you to use a corporate cc.

There's a 50/50 chance that they may not ask.
