What kind of corsages did you have for your Mom, Grandma, readers and FMIL? The wrist kind or the kind you pin on the dress? Also, just curiouse to know what kind of flowers you chose.
Thanks!

Re: Corsages
my florist told me that the corsages we got could be done either way, so the moms and grandmas could decide for themselves. see if your florist can do that!
for the moms, we are doing dendrobium orchids, and for the grandmothers, cymbidium orchids.

Re: Corsages
My mom and MIL did NOT want corsages, so we didn't do them. Just make sure they actually want them first. Don't surprise them.

Re: Corsages
I just dealt with this. I am doing all wrist, first so you don't put holes in their dresses, but secondly so they don't get crushed when they hug people!! I say the wrist.

Re: Corsages
Mom's and Grandma's will be wrist corsages. The readers, organist and soloist are going to have pin ons. I figured the readers should be pinned on so you can see them when they are up doing the readings.
Mom's will resemble my flowers. They will have a circus rose, and leonidas rose and a flame calla lilly...hypericum berries, wheat, and oak leaves. Grandma's will actually be very similar just on a smaller scale. The readers are going to have mum's and hypericum berries with the oak leaves and I think the organist and soloist just have mums and greenery. We are having a fall wedding so I stuck with fall flowers.

Re: Corsages
Ours could be done either way, my MIL wore hers on her wrist and my mom wore hers pinned to her dress. You have the option of either way if done right

Re: Corsages
My mom and FMIL have mini bo-k's of ivory roses, stepmothers and godmothers rose corsage (they go both ways, pin and wrist) and reders and candlelighters have carnations (candlelighters are all younger)
