Corset top wedding gown

Has anyone seen a gown that has a corset top feel to it? Or does anyone remember a designer that has a corset top?

yes, maggie sotero has a few corset tops. My friend wore one of maggie's dresses for her wedding in dec. (w/corset top) and it was gorgeous. :)

Its also great for saving money on alterations.. you can pull it tighter or leave it looser

I haven't seen a Maggie Sottero (from the past couple of lines) that doesn't have it. Check out her website.

Madonna has inspired me. She had this corset on, and I was thinking to myself 'If you add a white skirt to that, it would be my perfect wedding dress!' Im going to the knot now to scour their 1000's of dresses. I'll be back in a couple of hours!!

yes thank GAWD mine has the corset back, because it sucks it all in!! my dress came in and was pretty big, so this lessened the amount of alterations I needed

Most of the Maggie dresses have corset backs, and it does help if you lose a little weight or gain a little .. lots of girls on here wore them for their weddings.

I do know some other designers make corset backs, but Maggie is pretty popular with those types of gowns

ETA: I found looking on Bridesave.com actually was MORE helpful than the Maggie Sottero website .. on bridesave you can see the backs of the gowns.. Its the only place I found a pic of the back of the dress!

My dress has Boning in it like a Corset/Bustier. It completely SUCKS it ALL IN! It is by Eve of Milady

I wore a Maggie with a corset top- the 'Dion' it was so incredibly comfortable! The material doesn't wrinke either....

I was just going to say that.... Ines Di Santo has quite a few Corset top gowns. I even tried one on when I was looking for my gown. And acutally she (Ines Di Santo and very nice) helped me into it. She was at the showcase.

I was in Bridal Reflections in Carle Place, they have quite a bit of showcases for a lot of designers - just make an appointment.
