I just had a Cosi Club sandwich... And figuring that something that tasted that good could not possibly be good for me, I checked out the nutrition info on line... 751 Calories 38 Grams of Fat 62 Carbs 2396 Sodium I think I'm gonna be sick.

I am shocked. That much?? Did it taste like you were pouring salt down your throat?? I don't think I have ever seen that much sodium in any one thing.
Next time you eat something delicious - don't check the nutritional content! You probably don't want to know about those B&W Cookies, either

I thought for a second it was an actual club! haha ... the cosi club.. sounds rather.... 'steamy'... LMAO don't mind me.. silly boy today.

My mom was like: 'That's enough sodium for three days...' I do like to eat alot of salt, so I didn't really think it was overly salty...I think I will try to find nutrition info on my cookies now!

The salt probably comes from the bread! Cosi bread is delicious, but LOADED with salt.

Dang..that is alot. YOu shouldn't have checked.......ignorance is bliss (along with other things). That sodium will have your blood pressure through the roof. Shame on them for making horriby tasty food.

That's so bizarre that you just posted this -I just got back from lunch at Cosi but got the Make Your Own Salad. I must stay away from that new Club sandwhich!
PS_ I was buying a frozen chicken Stir Fry dinner from Stop & Shop and I looked at the sodium and it was over 2K also - it's insane!!!

Funny, my co-workers and I were going to order from Cosi today, but they wouldn’t deliver.
I always get the Signature Salad….yum!
P.S. – Drink lots of water to flush some of that sodium out of your system…

I actually have dangerously low BP, so I'm not too worried about that...
