Cost of Minister

Does anyone know how much a minister is? My SIL got a price of $600 and she is trying to figure out if this is expensive. What the going rate is?? (I got married in a Church so I am not much help)

Is she having it at the reception site? Mine was an additional $175 to have it on-site, and the hall finds one for us.

Our officient charges $350. It seemed to be average for the ones we spoke to.
