How much have you girls paid for them vs made them yourself cost? (bad grammar, bad english teacher)

I paid 15 for 12 of them. They were 30 in Michaels and I used a 50% coupon

my florist made ours, with babys breath and bows, you could do this yourself and it would be alot cheaper. you could get the stuff at ac moore or michaels. and they always have coupons.

i was just going to buy big rolls of nice thick ivory ribbon and tie it around the pews at the rehearsal--then i thought oh fck it

my florist made them - $10 for each pew - which consisted of the tulle and roses

Yeah my florist quoted me $10 too, which I thought was a little high. I told my mom I wanted 20 of them, and she said 'who do you think you are? Princess Di?'

I think that's about what ours were, except we did ribbon instead of tulle, b/c I didn't want tulle. We only did them on every 3rd pew and it was totally fine, think about that--you really don't need them on every pew

I actually wasn't going to do them at all, but then when I told DH that he was upset and said it would just look like regular church (we weren't allowed to have a runner or throw petals)...and since it was his view of me coming down the aisle.....I caved

I didn't end up getting them, but 2 different places quoted me around $120 for 10. Hydrangea w/ bow.

I want ivory tulle bows with pussy willow. My mom things this is unnecessary, she thinks I only need 6 bows! I want 20.
