Not too get too personal (hence the poll)..how much is your wedding band costing? We went to look last night and I think we were sticker shocked (and platinum went down recently! lol) I just want to make sure we're in the right ballpark (even though jeweler is a family friend & I trust him...)

Yeah-we went last night and I was surprised...I kinda designed what I envisioned with the jeweler (nothing too insane at all-very simple) and we were quoted about $4000. I was thinking maybe $2000 for mine.....eeek... lol

mine is platinum and diamonds a little more than half way around, not sure how mm's thick it is, but its as thick as my ering band which is pretty wide - its princess cut diamonds in an invisible setting - there are pics in my album - i dont want to say what i paid but it was way less than 3k - i think the total diamond carat weight for my wedding band is around 1.25 or 1.31 ?? i cant remember b/c we looked at a lot....our jeweler is great - she really took care of my FH with my e ring - it did so well when we got it appraised at macys and our wedding bands were less than we anticipated! under budget actually!

that's a lot, where did you go? I got mine custom made in the diamond district and i think it was around $1k for just the wedding band. I don't remember the exact price b/c i changed my setting to match at the same time.

Mine was $250, but b/c of a promo code, it was $200, lol.. We got it on Ice.com
and his I got for 150 with engraving and all.

you have to take somethings into consideration.
The metal, the amount of diamonds, size, clarity-- all of that comes into play when getting your band.

My band with $900 (diamonds and all) and FH's was $350. We bought ours from Diamond Roof in TriCounty - Highly recommend them!

FH's was $350 (brushed white gold) and mine was around $550 (platinum with 9 princess cut diamonds channel set across the top, high quality too) but i got it at a wholesale from our jeweler since we got everything (ering too) from him...should have been around $1k

It really depends on what you buy. FH & are have white gold. Mine has a row of small diamonds about halfway around and his has none. We paid about $1100 but they gave us almost half off.
