Has anyone used them before?

I personally have never used them, but my great-aunt uses them all the time and loves them. She lives in Florida and takes a lot of cruises from there on Costa and Royal Caribbean mostly.

We almost booked a Costa cruise for our HM but after looking at reviews for the boat, the voayge, and the brand I was kinda like eeeeehhhh maybe not the best idea. I didn't like that kids sail free, because that just sounds like something I don't want to deal with on my HM. Also, the beverages aren't free all the time. They come with meals only (water, juice, coffee, tea). After all that research we booked with Norwegian. We got a mini suite with them because you get a bunch of 'first-class' style perks.
