Does anyone know anyone who has gone to Costa Rica? Our travel agent recommended it for the honeymoon and I want to know how it was or how safe you felt there. Anyone going there for their honeymoon?

t is safe there as long as you stay at the big resorts/tourist areas....

we rented a BEAUTIFUL condo in jaco but a lot of people stay at los suenos marriott... which is really nice too

any questions i can help fm me

we are going to Costa Rica for a week for our honeymoon We are staying at the Paradisus Playa Conchal which is an all inclusive. Ill let you know how it goes

my fh surfs so i was at the beach everyday... since it is the pacific is is rougher then atlantic...but you just have to be careful do go past your limits.... i say go it is BEAUTIFUL it is the rainforest meets the ocean

We wanted to go to St Lucia because it is a rain forest also but the air fare is really crazy - so now Im thinking Costa Rica!!!

We wanted to go to St Lucia because it is a rain forest also but the air fare is really crazy - so now Im thinking Costa Rica!!!

OMG it is amazing we paid $700 for 2 rt tickets in april... i know i am lucky to be going to Bora Bora but I really loved CR

LOOOOOOOOOOOVED IT!!! Went with work but still had an AMAZING time, I stayed at the Marriot Los Suenos in Jaco (playa Herradura.

Just an amazing place! I highly recommend it!!!!

Thanks for all the recommendations! My travel agent recommends the Kioro, Arenas del Mar and Makanda by the Sea. I think these are near the Tabacon hot springs. Have to do my research.

I'm a little scared of bugs and lizards though

But I guess there are bugs everywhere and I love the idea of hot springs and zip lining through the jungle.

GOOOO! Its one of the best trips I've ever been on! And you MUST go to Tabacon; I'm thinking of dragging DH tp Cpsta Rica just to go to the hot springs.

I spent most of my time there on the Caribbean coast, which is very different than the Pacific, but there are tons of things to do in CR and if you want, you can just do nothing at all.

We are thinking we are going to CR for our honeymoon in April. My friend recommended renting a car and driving around. Did anyone do that or did you stay in one place? I really want to stay at the hot Springs but I also want the beach and monteverde is supposed to be great. what airline did you fly? I am having a hard time finding a direct flight in April. I want to hear all about it and what you girls did. FH wants to do zipline thing.

I went in college and took a class there. We went all over and stayed at a few hotels. The zip line was the greatest thing I have ever done.

We just got back from our honeymoon in Costa RIca and it was freaking amazing! We stayed at the Paridisus Conchal Resort for 10 days. The trip was honestly the best! If you need more infor FM. Good Luck!
