i know some of you are going/have gone there for your HM or a trip. we're going for about 2 weeks. we are staying at the tabacon resort for 2 days, going to manuel antonio for 3-4 days- maybe staying at si como no, hotel punta islita in guanacaste for 4 days, and xandari for 2 nights before flying back. should i go to another location or add more time in the places i've already picked? and any suggestions on hotels different from the ones i have here? thanks.
that sounds like the perfect itinerary. if you have more time, i would stay at the beach a bit longer to relax. you don't need more time at the tabacon, theres not a whole lot to do there. we loved it though. so relaxing. get a massage there!
what beach are you talking about? in manuel antonio? i think we would be interested in spending some time on the beach.
I think Alina just went there so she would be a good person to talk to. I don't even know if she's back yet from her HM, though.
Hi - I lived in Costa Rica for a year after college. Your itinerary sounds great - you will love Tabacon! For Manuel Antonio, I can recommend a hotel called La Colina, though it is a bit rustic and you might want something a bit more upscale. The only other place I would recommend if you have the time - is Tamarindo - really just a beach, but I remember a very good (upscale) hotel there - Hotel El Jardin Del Eden. FM me if you have qns.
