Costa Rica question--for those who have been there

We've just booked our honeymoon to Costa Rica (Puerto Quepos area, right by the rainforest!). I'm really excited, but I do have one concern.

How worried should we be about water quality? I've looked at tons of Web sites and a few guidebooks and they all say different thing! One said that the water there is completely safe while another says to bring a water purifier with you! We would err on the side of safety, of course, but I'd love to hear from brides who have been there.
