We dont know where to go on our Honeymoon!! We've narrowed it down to St. Lucia or Costa Rica. They are both sooo similar.

I have to say that you need to take this into consideration. Although it is summer here, it is most likely their winter, which means rainy season. I should know my grandma lives in Panama about 40 minutes away from the Costa Rican border.
The best time to probably go to Costa Rica is this time of the year. So I would definitely say St. Lucia is probably your best bet.

I travel ALOT and Costa Rica has been the best trip I've ever taken. We went to 3 different cities. Arenal, volcano/rainforest; Monteverde, the cloud forest, and Manuel Antonio, beach meets rainforest. We chose these based on a Frommers itinerary.
FYI - September is rainy season. It pours for like 45 mins to an hour a day. If you don't mind planning around that, you can still enjoy it.

def don't quote me on the hour part..lol..but I do know that it's not all day. My uncle went in August and they had a great time.

COSTA RICA!!! Was a bridesmaid in a wedding there, and fell in love with the country. It's a shorter plane ride then vegas (direct of course)... What part of Costa Rica are you looking to go?

We recently started our HM research and the first travel agent we met with turned us on to Costa Rica!! When I saw pictures of Paradisus WE FELL IN LOVE!! :o) (Plus its inclusive!) I think only one of few. (?)
I cant express how badly I want to see a TUCAN in the wild.
We haven't booked yet but I have been doing a ton of research.
I am hesitant to do too much jumping around/driving around on our own...from what we hear its not the safest and easiest to navigate around so we may do an 8 night 'tour like package' where you travel to 3 different locations with their transportation..
