So yesterday I sent out my invites and my friend called me today since she received hers and asked, is your wedding on a Saturday or a Sunday?
My wedding is on a Sunday and my invites say Saturday. I cannot even believe this is happening!!!!!!!!!!!!! Well I do believe it because everything that could possibly go wrong has.
This has got to be the worst time of my life and don't even know why I am going through with it.

Maybe you can print up a small 'correction' card and have them sent?
Did you print them yourselves? was it a mistake by the printer?

i agree with the pp, send correction cards. i know it s*cks to have to spend the money, but it will be the best way to notify everyone!

First of all you need some next...relax! I know easier said than done. I would just send out a small correction card to avoid any confusion. I'm sure you could get some 'business cards' printed really cheap. And finally...you have to expect that everything that can go wrong WILL go wrong so don't stress about it, just remember that even after all your hard work it really is only about you marrying the man you love and that is all that really matters. HTH

Thanks ladies for your support. I already contacted the vendor. She is going to create the correction cards and will split the cost with me.
I can't even tell you how many people I had look at it. I was so worried about the wording that I didn't relook at the date.
I figured I gave her the date so I was good to go - wrong. What a pain!!!

I think this is a good idea. Try not to worry too much about it but the person who printed the invites should have caught that error

That's great that your vendor is going to split it with you! It stinks that it had to happen, but it's not the worst thing. Let that be your biggest wedding snag and you're good to go!
