Could my day get any worse

Its me and you BOTH today!!

I'm going through almost the same thing (with car accident). But I don't know why your lawyer is saying you don't have a case, in a previous accident this woman hit me and sued, and she wasn't injured and she got money!
I have an MRI showing I have arthritis and other stuff, from my back injury where a guy rearended us. We are now suing since its permanent, but my laywer is confident we'll get something. But my insurance company stopped no fault benefits because of a no show for some IME or something. I never got any notices from them. (but then again this is the other persons insurance company telling me this, and the B*tch hasn't returned my call.
Well now the lawyers handling it.

I started out my day bad too. I was driving to work and my cup of tea spilled all over my leg,my console and my seat.

Yuck. What a terrible day.

But to answer your question -- unfortunately, yes there are plenty of ways I can think of that could make your day even worse.

I will say 'yes, your day can get worse'. It's true, even when the whole day just seems to $uck, something can happen to make it even worse.
My advise, let your voice mail pick up for most of the day, take a long(er) lunch, leave on time and take a long, hot bubble bath tonight. Tomorrow will be better.

Sorry to hear about your day!!! I used to work for PI attorneys and I know when it comes to the no-fault doctor's appt.s that they send you on, unless you are missing a limb, they say you don't need treatment! And even then its iffy! I also know that some lawyers will review the case and if they know they're not going to clear at least $xxx - they refer the case elsewhere. I hope your day gets better!
