Ok we are back. I went to go meet him. The car is not pretty. Hood is bent in half needs new bumper and grill. One cop showed up and my DH started telling him what happened which is there was a saturn turning the guy stopped short my husband tried to stop but couldnt. He rearended the guy who was driving a van. They pulled over and the guy got out and said there is no damage to my car and my DH said well there is to mine. the guy said well its your fault anyway. I gotta go. And he left. My DH told him he was going to call the cops and the guy got loud with him. He called the cops one came he got out and he said well it is your fault. My DH knows its his fault. But the guy still left the sean of an accident. The cop started to tell him he has 2 options he can be arrested or he can just file a statment. My DH was trying to decide what to do. Finally he decided he would have him arrested (which is what I think he should have done) The cop said all that will happen is the guy will get a ticket. THATS IT? With that another cop showed up and he was like thats nice what an idiot. My DH described the car to the second car and before my DH could finish he said was it brown my DH said ya. he knew something was up with this van Mike questioned it the original cop was like he saw the van drive by. Right like 20 minutes after the accident and why would you remember that Van? Something is shady!!!! Ifeel bad for mike is shaken up and upset. He doesnt want to drive the car!


And for the record he went in the bathroom and said HOLY SH!T THAT IS HUGE.......

HE THINKS IT WAS A CRICKET!

Glad he wasn't hurt. That guy is such an idiot! Maybe he did not have insurance? I'm sorry you are having a bad night. But at least DH is home safe with you now.
