I lotion my hands all the time, so unless I am doing a lot of cooking/cleaning (hands in the sink) I don't really have dry hands. But no matter what, my cuticles are ALWAYS rock hard and dry. Except maybe the frirst half hour after a manicure.
Help please!!!

Re: Could use a cure for hard, dry cuticles too!!!
I feel like a vendor for this product today! I must recommend Burts Bee's again! I use both the hand salve and the lemon butter cuticle cream and my hands and cuticles look great.

I second the Lemon Cuticle cream from Burts Bees. I picked my little jar up from CVS. If you are suffering from severly chapped lips and cuticles, you might be dehydrated. Start drinking a lot of water. Cut back on the caffeine. I had the SAME problems as you until by doc said I was drinking too much of everything else except water. Good Luck!!!

I drink at least three half liter bottles of water at work and at least 16oz at night. But I guess I'll kick it up for these last 19 days ... I'm sure the clock ticking can't be of much help!!!
I was hitting CVS at lunch so I'll take a look.
Thanks!

Believe it or not Avon has a fabulous cuticle cream for a few bucks. Works better then some of the expensive stuff out there. I have used it for a few years now.

One of the best things for your hands and cuticles is olive oil. Just rub some into your cuticles before bed, or if you have more time, soak the in warm water after you apply.

YES YES YES YES YES!!! It definitely works - but you have to be very very faithful with it - i put it on at night and put on cloth gloves- it really does wonders.

Avon 'Mira-cuticle' is the best I have ever used.
I use it once or twice a day, it's fantastic, my cuticles and nails are always so much healthier.
