i just can't do it anymore. i love the daily countdowns but for my own sanity i refuse to post on those until i'm under 300 days lol i wish i could get rid of the ticker at the top of the screen

i stopped months ago and just as i was reading this post was the first time i checked in a really long time!!!
it is SO MUCH better this way. . . i even missed going under 150 etc!!
and trust me i remember when that thing was over 700!

kristi, you are 1 dat after me and every time I get out of a certain hundred I celebrate. Like when we got out of the 400's and hit 399. and now in less than a month we will be out of the 300's. It is going so fast. I haven't even been engaged a yaer but I think we were over 600 days when we got engaged, and I am already half way through that

I was thinking of not posting on the countdown anymore. I havent done it everday in the last couple of weeks and its exciting to see the jump. But I like the little moments. For example, when i got below 500! Trust me, like Matilde i was here when my countdown was in the 800s!!! So I'm excited when i hit the 100 marks.

I do it because at the end of the year, that'll be 365 extra, effortless posts than what you would originally have if you didn't post your contdown! Yes, i'm a horrible person, lol

I am one day after you so I know how you feel only 24 days till we hit 299!! I can't wait to be in the 200's!!! IBut I remember being in the 600's and thinking that will never get here. But it went by so fast!

I was on the site for at least 3 weeks before I even noticed the ticker. . .my FH pointed it out, and then I had to convince him i didn't put it there myself!
