I am looking for the elegance of a country club but am not a member of any nor is anyone in my family. Besides Timber Point and Stewart Manor, what other country clubs do not require you to be a member to use the facilities?
Any help is appreciated.

crest hollow cc doesn't require you to be a member. it's located in woodbury, not too far from saint aidan's.

I think the Hamlet in Commack is a country club that you don't need to be a member of. Also, I am getting married at the Village Club at Lake Success, and you don't need to be a member there - although there is a site fee.

There are SO many clubs that don't require membership. Just do an internet search of country clubs on Long island and then just call each of them and ask -- very often they don't because they welcome the business. There are some really elegant ones on the Island so I would go out to visit all of them. Hope this helps.

Also, the Woodlands is on the Town of Oyster Bay Golf Course, but does not require a 'membership.' Good Luck finding your site!

I don't know if they do or not, but I used to sell liquor to a lot of the ones on the Gold Coast, the Muttontown CC is unbelievable.

Carlyle on the Green, not a country club, but in Bethpage State Park. There is a clubhouse and it is gorgeous.
