Country Weddings in Syosset?

Has anyone worked with Country Weddings, a catering/rental company based in Syosset? We met with the woman who co-owns it and she seems super-nice and very flexible, with great ideas, but I was just wondering if anyone had worked with them or heard about their work. How was the food? How did it go with the rentals?

Thanks!
