Has anyone gone to a Couples Resort? They are similar to Sandals - A lot of honeymooners go, but it is supposedly cheaper b/c they do not advertise as much.
I looked into the pricing, and it is less expensive, and a lot of water sports are inlcuded. When I looked into Sandlas, I noticed that no water sports were included!!

Re: Couples Resorts??
We are going to Couples Swept Away. I heard great things about it (Swept Away specifically), and our travel agent said it is much better for the $ because everything is included (excursions, etc). FM me for more details--there are a ton of reviews of them on the knot honeymoon board--no one had a bad thing to say about them!

Don't know about Couples, but I wanted to say that water sports are included at Sandals Royal Bahamian (except jet ski)

We are going to Couples Swept Away and the pictures we have seen are amazing...you stay in little verandas with private balconies instead of a high-rise hotel. Another benefit over Sandals is that it is more intimate, less people are there...Sandals seems over-crowded with people on their honeymoons. Good luck choosing!

I went Couples Negril last year and it was fabulous!!!!!!!! It's all inclusive and very laid back. No pressure to do activities, everything at your own leisure.
Definitely look into Couples!

Couples Swept Away sounds great, the whole point is to get away from high-rises. :)

Just wanted to chime in and say that at the Grande St. Lucian (Sandals) all water sports were included. DH did them everyday.
