Just wanted to give you ladies/gentlemen some info that I got today. The minimum rooms that they block off are 10 then they will add additional rooms if those get booked up. Your guests have till a month before to book under your group rate and then the rooms get released. You do not need to give them any credit card information. If you book 10 rooms they will provide a shuttle to and from The Venetian Yacht Club (not sure if they do this for other halls or not). If you book 15 or more rooms you get a free room. The process is super easy. The contact there is Randi.

I did my block for the VYC here also! At first I only did the night of my wedding. After thinking it over a bit, I wanted to block off the night before and after too. Randi did that for me with no problem. They're also holding the bar open late for no charge. I'm glad you had a positive experience also!

Thanks for the info. As of right now we will not be doing a room block however we (me, FH, and the bridal party) will be staying there the night before the wedding. FH and I will also be staying there the night of the wedding.
