I was thinking of wearing cowboy boots under my dress for my fall theme wedding because #1 I love cowboy boots and #2 FH and I love country music. I was wondering if it will be ok to wear them for the ceremony (church) and reception. Or is that too tacky? Should I wear heels for ceremony and then change into cowboy boots after? Any opinions? Thanks!

We're getting married at the venue, not church. But I'm still wearing heels for the ceremony, then changing into my cowboy boots for the reception.

I am wearing Uggs from SUN UP TO SUN DOWN!! Ceremony and Reception. It is my wedding and I want to be comfy!! I bought the Bailey I do Uggs. Rock it girl!

I am wearing cowboy boots for the reception but not for the church. If I had my way, I would wear them all day but my mom had a fit when I said I wanted to wear them for the church. for the church, I got lace flats.

It's your wedding. Do whatever your heart desires. I did colored shoes & my family thought I was crazy but in the end they loved the idea!
