CP crystal beads anyone??

for my CPs, i want to add crystal ropes to hang from them.......

where is a good place/website to get crystal beads/wiring to be able to string my own together?

preferably not too pricey and with a variety of types of crystals??? (i.e. not swarovski crystals, but still nice)

and if any of you have done this, and have pics, lemme know or add them so i can see how u did them!!

did you ask your florist yet? many of them provide it and will not charge extra for it.

yeah i asked, they dont provide the crystals....but he said whatever we give him, they will wire to the arrangements for no extra charge so i basically just need to get them and string them w/my BP and give them over to the florist

i dunno how labor intensive it will be, so id like to start purchasing stuff soon!!!

try the garment district in manhattan, there are TONS of stores and most sell them at wholesale prices. Even when i had to buy rhinestone buckles for my invites i went there. I used Jablonex, i know they had a bunch of different types of crystals and even the strands.

I had some crystals hanging from my CP's. I bought them from here. My word of advice, order extra, I had quite a few that were broken.www.cristalier.com

I want crystal strands hanging from my center [pieces also. My florist only have the swarvski ones and they would be tooo $$$.

I went to a whole sale store in NYC...on like 28th bet 7th and 8th. they have nice acrylic strands....for like 9.95 for 6ft. dont reme3mber the name of the store but there is a bunch of places.

I'm doing the same thing! I just ordered mine and they just got here the other day. This is the site I ordered them from:

I got teardrop crystals 1.5 inches for $.30 each...they're not swarovski, but they are glass and they're beautiful. I also bought the swarovski round beads to string on top of the tear drops. I'll probably end up selling them after the wedding...I know a lot of brides are looking for that. My florist didn't have them either.
