I have had the worst experience with Craft shoes. I purchased shoes from them one month ago and left them to be dyed for my sister's wedding. I have since made 2 return trips to them to pick them up. They are no where near the right color. The dress is a dark burgandy and the shoes were dyed magenta. Now they have to order special dye to make them darker. Why didnt they do that to begin with. The man in the store yesterday says 'we didnt want to make them too dark.' Too Dark??? How about just making them the color of the swatch??? Dont use this vendor. They are incompentent and have the worst customer service I have ever seen. They know that they can suck for service because they know they have a large selection of dyeable shoes. I'm getting married in March and will definitely NOT use them for my shoes.

sorry you had that experience...it's a shame too since so many people had a good one- I would absolutely talk to someone else-I have always had great customer service , they have a great selection too...
they did dye my moms shoes the wrong color-my mom insisted on new shoes-and they did...try that maybe

They did a great job on my shoes in terms of dye, but the customer service is quite bad, I must tell you - they kept me on hold because they misplaced some of my girls shoes, forgot some people picked them up already, and then didnt shelve the shoes under my last name as requested, so it took them hours to figure out where all of their shoes were since they were shlved according to each last name - youd think they would think of that when they couldnt find them under their name - they kept insisting they were picked up already...
so I was frustrated as well, and did place a post a while back about it - but they did do a good job with the dye...

I dropped off my shoes to be dyed there yesterday and saw some girls picking up a bunch of shoes. Just curious!

2 out of 3 times i went in there...the ppl working there were rude as hell!
they do have a good selection...but honestly im not sure if i will even go in there too buy!

Oh ok...that would have been funny.
I agree with everything that their service isn't number 1 but for me it is convenience and selection. So it worked for me.
