Craft shoes rant! (long)
I will say Craft shoes had the best selection of bridal shoes that I've seen. I was asked several times if I needed help, but the sales people while willing to help you, seemed annoyed if you asked any questions. I finally picked a pair of Coloriffics that I liked, but there was a problem with the clasp, the strap would not go into it. The told me they'd order me a new pair and call me when it came in. I got a call a couple day ago and drove me lazy butt all the way from queens out to Commack, only to discover that it was the EXACT pair of shoes! They had cut the end of the strap (not very nicely, I might add), so that it was more pointed to fit into the clasp. While this solved the problem, I hate being lied to. Don't tell me you ordered me a new pair, make me drive an hour out of my way, for something you could have fixed while I was at the store. Granted, I think part of the problem is that they style is discontinued. If they would have told me that in the first place I would have just asked them to fix it right then and there and saved myself over an hour trip in the rain!!! Sorry, I'm just really annoyed!! I HATE when ppl think i'm too stupid to realize that they're complete liars!!! Just totally turned me off from Craft Shoes all together!!! They weren't even friendly when I came back!! AARRGGHH!
