I found this pretty ribbon I want to wrap around my votives, but it's a bit too wide. I tried to cut it with a scallop edged paper cutting scissor, but it didn't work. Is there anything I can use for ribbon. I would prefer something with a decorative edge like the scallop.

In her day, my grandmother was a seamstress. She had a pair of fabric scissors with a zigzag edge. I don't know where you would get something like that, but call around to fabric stores. Someone has to have them.

The zig zag scissors are called pinking shears and you should be able to get them at walmart or joanne fabrics
