Hey all,
Have any of your heard of Craigslist.com? I 've been looking for a calligrapher and a friend of mine pointed out that I should post on that site (she found out about her new apartment from there). The site is basically a classified internet site, where you can post if you are trying to sell something, hire someone, or are looking for a job. I posted on Friday, and have already received 3 responses with great rates. Now I don't know what the quality of work is like, but it's a great negotiating tool. I should be getting the samples in next week. I'll let you know how it all turns out.
Have any of you tried this site? What were your experiences like?
