cramping?

why do I have cramps? Im getting scared somethings wrong? I NEVER get cramps except for AF cramps and that starts the day before usually. Well Im not due till the 12th ( for AF) ...I had some semi bad cramping two days agao, nothing yesterday , then suddenly cramping again started about an hour ago, and its kinda bad...enough to make me wanna take a tylenol.

Is this a good or bad sign??

I am no expert but I would say its a GOOD SIGN

Maybe implantation cramping!!?? How long ago did you ovulate, approximately... it could very well be a sign!
