I feel slightly crampy this morning....and it's in the middle of the abdomen....not on the right or left

mine usually start a few days before AF and begin on the sides and travel inward.

I usually dont get cramps, this month I got mine the night before AF was due and it was 3 days before I THOUGHT she was due.
Sounds like you could be PG or 'O' like the others say. How bad are they?

they come and go....at times they are uncomfortable and I feel them when I walk.

I dont really know when they start but I have been having them for about 2 days. I'm scared because this is how I felt last month with my chem PG but I know that its also a common symptom of being PG, Oing and PMS.

well, I know my O cramps are more isolated to the left or right, this is right smack in the middle, like AF cramps, except I don't get AF cramps or if I do, they are the day before she comes and the first day or 2 she is here

not sure...I'm on CD 18 today
ETA: It's not a ping pain, it's an actual cramp

First off...they made me SO uncomfy last night and I woke up several times.
Today they are lower than they were yesterday. Could this mean anything?

Well to me, cramping this early before AF is due is a good sign , IMO
