doesn't $69 seem like a lot for a workout? Is it worth the money?

IMO if you follow the program to get the results, than its worth it.

Its not just one workout, it's several workouts (set of DVDs) that you use over 3 months and all the online features are included too.

I think the price for the Insanity program was about the same price. My FH did that for only the first month and he had noticeable results! We took beofre and after pics and sent them in for the free tshirt!

I think it's worth it...the way I think of it is, even if I do it 7 times, that's like going to a workout class 7 times for $10 so it's worth it..I'm obv gonna do it more than that...It's a whole set of DVD's, not just one workout and also a ton a free e-books online...I wanted something to do at home to follow and P90X and some of the others were too intense and too expensive so this seemed just right.
