crashing....former east wind brides need help!

so I went to with all my heart and priced chair covers. Did anyone do these and did you use with all my heart or another vendor? Also anyone who didn't do these, how did you like the effect without??

also who would you recommend for photographers and videographer?

also a time line for the pictures....our ceremony is at 3 in cutchogue (not a full mass-20 minute ceremony) and cocktail hour is at 6:30, we want to stop at a beach in riverhead on way to east wind....will we have enough time?
