craving barbq chicken, is that fattening?

Ordering lunch soon for work,

BBQ Smoked Chicken- with bacon, tomatoes, romaine lettuce and russian dressing on country bread.

If I take out the bacon and the dressing, with it still be bad for me????

I think the barbque chicken would be like 6 pts right? So would it be 11???

Kptoys you made my laugh, forget the points! :D

I read that barbque sauce is 1 pt for a 1/4 cup with chicken that wouldn't be soo bad, but I think from a restaurant I'm going to go with the barbque chicken that was more points.

I'm looking forward to it and will eat cereal for dinner

Did you ever have the Boarshead bbq chicken breast. It's great, and a nice change from turkey all the time. I am not sure of the points, but I know the nutrition info is similar to turkey.

chloegirl..i LOVE the Boasrs head BBQ chicken too. It has a good kick to it.
Yes, I do get tired of turkey, so I get chicken breast every now and then
