Re: Craving Chicken Francese
How much cornstarch did you add? I only did like two teaspoons.

Re: Craving Chicken Francese
See I didn't need to add any of that to get it thickened. Did you use the same pan you fried the chicken in? Also did you put the chicken back in the sauce after you cooked the sauce?

Re: Craving Chicken Francese
I dissolved about 2 teaspoons of cornstarch in cold water first then gradulaly mixed it in (to the same pan I fried them in). If you don't mix it in cold water firs it can get clumpy and yucky. Then I added the chicken back to the sauce.

Actually, I made the francese in a different pan. Next time I will use the same pan.

Re: Craving Chicken Francese
Use the same pan so you use all of the good 'oil and drippins' the chicken leaves behind.

Re: Craving Chicken Francese
I sometimes do roasted potatoes and onions. Or some broccoli, sauted spinach, string beans...etc.

I served it with pasta, vegetables and garlic bread with mozzarella.
