Last night, right when I got off the computer around 6pm, FH called me from right down the block. He got in a bad car accident less than a mile from our house (right off of the Sunken Meadow Pkwy). The rain was so bad, when he came off the exit ramp, his car spun out and went right into a utility telephone pole type thing. The entire front of the car is smashed in (about 20K worth of damage), right up to the windshield and FH walked away without a scratch on him, just a sore neck. He was soooooo lucky and i'm so thankful to still have him here with me. I told him someone must have been watching over him. He's still pretty shook up but what a scare we had last night.

i am glad to hear that he is ok. that exact same thing happened to FH & I a couple of years ago during a snow storm.

That is terrible!! Thankfully he is ok! Insurance will hopefully cover the damage. I'm so sorry you had to go through that scare!!
