crazy accident on my block

I was coming back from FH's about 20 min ago, I turn down onto my block (i live about 3 blocks down) when all i see is flashing lights... TONS of them. I freaked out, not even realizing how far down the block i was, all im thinking was that it was something at my house., convincing myself that it was infront of my house. So i had to drive around the blocks and pull up to my house, to realize that all the commotion was on the other end of the block, about 10 houses down. So i felt better, even though i called my house was was screaming 'whats going on outside' and my parents had no idea.

Apparently, 4 or 5 girls were driving down my block and a cop car was coming the other way. ONLY lights on NO sirens. The street the cop was on is narrow and very difficult tto see cars coming down when coming the other way., She had no stop sign the cop did. she continued through the cop didnt even slow down and hit the passanger side (T-Boned as FH calls it) of the girls truck spun her around, the truck rolled over and drove up on the neighbors lawn.

The car looks like a MESS, as far as i know all the girls went to the hospital and no one was killed.. thankfully - hopefully it stays that way!!!!!

but what a scare.. i truly thought it was at my house.

I know i hope so too.

I hope they dont iwas talking to my neighbors and my dad and they said it had to be the cops fault because even if he has his lights on and siren he still HAS to slow down at the stop sign because especially in that spot its very hard to see cars coming. They said the cop was doing about 60 mph - on a side street

yeah who knows.. i know it sounds bad... but when its a cop involved im sure they make it much harder to fight it..

I was JUST going to say this. Cops are never obeying traffic laws but when you in accidents with them, it's always the other person's fault

wow that is so scary! im glad it wasnt your house!!! hope the girls are ok though...
