Crazy Grandmothers!
anyone else have one??? my nanny is driving us all INSANE!!! i guess she means well (normally she doesnt) but shes out of her bird... FRIST she tells me that she made me a basket that i HAVE to use and it HAS to be on the table in front of me and FH to collect cards.. if we dont use it she will be crushed.. so i politely said thanks so much nan but i have a better use for it at the church she threw a hissy fit so i said id think about it.. turns out its WHITE.. (im not wearing white so i refuse to put it infront of me) so im just using it at the chruch my dad (her son) explained.. she said FINE... ![]()
Then a few days ago me my mom and nanny and her daughter (my aunt) were chatting about taking her dress shopping and she screams out IM WEARING CHAMPAGINE!!!!! and i nicely said please no nan im wearing very close to that color. she said thats nice but THATS WHAT I WANT! so trying to control myself i walked away to scream in the bathroom and i hear my aunt say its not that big of a deal my moms like IM NOT WEARING IT NEITHER IS SHE.. so i come out and im like WEAR WHITE!!!!! i dont care just not champagine... so now i HAVE to go to make sure she gets something else.. i guess im being BIDEZILLA but theres no need for her to wear the same color as the BRIDE!
ok im done venting!Thanks for listening! i know shes old and doesnt get it but you have to understand that for about 40 years my nanny and aunt wear the same COLOR to everything they go to. every wedding what ever color my nan wears my aunt has the same color on so i can see if now.. me my aunt and nanny wearing the same color..![]()
