Crazy new developement in VA Tech Shootings!

a special report says that NBC studios in NY receives a package today....and it appears to be from the shooter from the VA Tech shootings. looks like the 2 hrs span between the first part of the shootings to the 2nd part....he went and mailed out this box.

the box contends a lengthy rambly manifesto, as well as photos (but the photos are not aired yet or what the pics are)

this guy PLANNED this all out to a T...this just sent chills down my spine!

I heard a snippet about this development in the commercials for the evening news. It is so sad all these people had to die because they didn't pay attention to how crazy this guy was. His teacher said she feared for her own life and the school still wouldn't pay attention and have this guy evaluated. I think they said he was an international student so his parents may be in Korea still but God why do people do these things. I just don't understand how someone stops being a human being and could care less about taking lives. There are children who have lost their parent because of this guy and he's dead now so he doesn't even get to rot in jail and think about all the pain he's caused.

He is an immigrant from Korea, but he's been here for years and his parents own a business in Virginia, so he wasn't an international student.

THis entire thing is just so horrible. I can only hope that we find out a little of why he did this - there can't be a reason that makes this ok, but maybe we can try to understand it better to try to avoid it in the future somehow.

I don't think we're going to get an answer to that. Look at Columbine. There's never really an answer or explanation but there always seems to be common factors such as being described as loners or troubled etc. it's really just sad.
