Crazy Shoe Story - Coloriffics

so i tried on this pair of coloriffic shoes - they are sizzle/rio - but the store didnt have my size - so i figured that for $60 i might as well give it a shot and order them online - i figured even if i dont wear them at all for the wedding its only $60 and no harm in testing them out.....

i ordered the shoes from coloriffics on friday and they came yesterday - i was so excited to try them on to see if they fit me in my size - i opened the box and one of the shoes was compeltely destroyed - it was missing rhinestones and basically falling apart - i was like W-T-F (i actually took pics of the damaged shoes in case i needed to send it to the company)

FH loved the shoes on me but he was really pissed that they were ruined - and of course i kept making jokes about how this is what you get for $60 (because i REALLY wanted to get nice, sexy designer shoes but with all of the expenses adding up, i decided to cheap out in the shoe department ) so anyways, FH wanted to call the company to complain and tell them how embarrased they should be for sending me the shoes...so this morning he called them up and guess what....... they are sending me a new pair - i dont have to return the old pair AND they are crediting my credit card - so im getting shoes for FREE!!!!!!!!!!!! i dont know what my FH said to them but i cant believe i am getting free shoes and i dont have to return the other pair - i just hope that the new pair is in good condition.....

so if you order coloriffic shoes it seems like they have pretty good customer service

well that worked out nicely!! and you didn't even have to send them the pic!! Your FH must have really given it to them

he said he didnt even have to argue with them (not sure if i believe him ) but he sounded disappointed that he didnt get to really give it to them hahahahaha

yea the shoes i got seem as comfortable as they can be for 3+ heels - im going to try putting dr scholls inserts in them and i want to try getting used to them before the big day!

Haha I scuffed them up so I wouldn't trip while dancing. Tip: If you're going to wear them, make sure you wear stockings!! I didn't and now I have the ugly foot print on them and I really wanted to take those pictures of just the shoes on the day of too!!

Ooh, they're pretty...love them! I think those are the same shoes MJDoc wore for her Bpics, only hers wer black satin. I've worn Colorifics for weddings before and they are very comfortable. That worked out great too! Nice to hear they have good customer service.

haha thats so funny - I always want my FH to do stuff like that for me

That story sort of reminds me of how I got a serving set by mistake in on of our gift boxes from Crate and Barrel and I called and they were so appologetic and were sending the correct thing but they never asked me to send the serving set back so I guess I get an extra gift! haha

It just goes to show you should always call and try to get your moneys worth
