Creamy Chicken & Wild Rice for the crockpot

made it for dinner last night...MMMMM!!

2 cans (10 3/4 oz each) Condensed Cream of Chicken Soup (or 98% fat free)
1 1/2 cups water
1 package (6 ounces) of seasoned wild rice mix (I used Liptons Rice Sides-Wild Rice)
4 Large Carrots, thickly sliced, about 3 cups
8 skinless, boneless chicken breat halves (about 2 lbs)--

In slow cooker, mix soup, water, rice, and carrots. Add chicken and turn to coat. Cover and cook on LOW 7-8 hours or until chicken and rice are done.

(DH doesn't like 'mushy' vegetables, so I added the carrots in the last 30 minutes-one hour so the stayed firm).
