I have heard they are okay but I recommend the Rolling Pin bakery in Setauket over Create a Cake. I've never had a Create a Cake wedding cake but I've had other cakes from them - Not bad but not spectacular -

Our hall gave us two choices for the hall.
We bought a cake from each with the same fillings and cake. Create a Cakes was the better one. I thought it was very good and they have some beautiful designs. I would buy one of their cakes if you are unsure.

Danfords includes my wedding cake in my package , and it is from Create a cake....When I went to the backery everything looked amazing , but I didnt taste anyhting.

I agree with Jen T. - Try one of their cakes. If you like it, great, but if you don't, Danfords might give you a credit so you can get a cake elsewhere.

I have never had a wedding cake from them, but have had graduation, birthday, anniversary, etc and they were all great. For my HS graduation my mom got them to make a NYC Skyline cake (i went to college in the city) and everyone said how wonderful it was. I wouldnt worry about your cake. But if you are worried go and try a cake from them!
