Creative Compositions, Jovon, Imagine, Bliss and Verdi

Alright narrowed down the list to these 5..I personally have met with Creative and Jovon..Imagine i was reccommened by from a few people (trying to get an appt with them) and Bliss and Verdi my brother and future sister in law are going to look at (they are searching for a photographer as well) So does anyone have any positive or negative experiences on any of these?? we used creative compositions and feel they are the best out there. they are high priced, but in my opinion, worth it. The service is tremendous and there product is amazing.

We used Verdi and absolutely love them. They were very unobtrusive during the wedding and reception. We got 1200 proofs from them that were ready when we got home from our honeymoon. Look at there website fotoverdi.com. Look under recent wedding, and then Alana and Brad to see our photos. I wrote a review as well.

We are using Imagine Studios, we just did our engagement photo shoot with them
Lia and Nelson are amazing!!!!!!

My favorite of them all is Imagine! I wanted them sooo bad but they were already booked for my day. Verdi is amazing too,,but I couldnt see spending almost $5,000 just for proofs,,everything else is ala carte! My aunt works with Jovon so I probably couldve got him for a cheaper rate,,but he did my friends wedding and she wasnt happy with her proofs and said he was a rip off!! Im using George from Right Angle Studios,,,my fiance and I loved his work and his personality. We were able to get everything thing we wanted for $4,300,,,a lot of 07 brides are using him for their weddings too! His website doesnt do him justice either!!!

Imagine studio is that in Nassau of Suffolk ??? I have an apointment today with someone from Images forever in Williston Park...

I looked at 3 of those and I ended up booking Imagine but I also LOVED Creative Compositions. I thought Verdi was over-priced but did beautiful work.

We booked Bliss for video, but not photography.

We thought their prices were a little high - but the video was so beautiful, it was worth the extra $$$. Check out their website if you haven't already - they have a couple of samples on there - my daughter said they looked like music videos - I LOVE them!

As for the photography, Bliss photography is very nice too - but pricey, and we decided to go with Artie from Artistic Images - he's done a beautiful job with a couple of other family members' weddings, he's a really nice guy to work with, and I can have him + a photojournalist for less $$ than Bliss photography...and I think that I will be very happy with the end result...

For the record, I didn't love Artie's stuff at first - I like a combo of traditional and photojournalistic work. FH really liked him, and the price was right, but I didn't oooh and ahhhh over the pics like I did at Patken - when I told him what I liked, he pulled out another album, shot with a 2nd photographer, and I was SOLD!
