I don't know if you met with them, but I did and I was impressed. They're a little to expensive for me, but they do fix up all their pictures with digital and use the best equipment and so on. I just thought they came off as a little, pretentious. However, they do a re-shoot if it rains!

A friend of fh is using them for their wedding in sept '03. They said that they do good photojournalistic shots but they are a little expensive. I think that photos are worth the cost...but it is up to you.

i could try to find out for you, i am not sure if the friend is going to tell the truth they try to glitz everything up. Did you call them and ask for a range that their packages run from? Where are you getting married?

I have not spoke with them yet and we have three appointments this week, Patken, Duval, and Cassarino but Creative is a house photographer for the North Ritz Club which is our hall.

Oh yeah! Another chance for me to sing the praises of Creative Compositions!!! I used them for my June wedding, and I am SOOOOO happy! As I posted earlier today, we had decided on 24 pictures in each parent album, but my in-laws adored so many of the photos that they want 45 in their album alone (plus enlargements!). I used Steve (co-owner, formal portraits and color photography) along with Ruth (b&w candid photojournalism). Personality-wise they were great, a ton of fun to have shared my wedding day with and efficient! I have to scan in some proofs (no that web-quality does them justice, but it would at least give you an idea...) They are highly responsive, an absolute pleasure to deal with before, during, and after the wedding. Let me know if you have any more specific questions. They are worth every penny.

Price-wise they are similar to Mark Kauffman, B rett M atthews. Jovan, and Marquee in terms of other places I looked at. Fine Art, Paul Marino, and Patken were cheaper.

And just so you don't think I just love everyone I hired... I had a bad experience with my videographer, a problem with my gown, and my band goofed up an announcement. I'm a rather critical person... SO, the fact that I have no complaints to make about Creative Compositions is especially meaningful! LOL
